1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided through findsicily.com by Find Sicily (the “Provider”).
By accessing the website, users agree to these Terms.
🚗 SECTION A – TRANSFER SERVICES

- Airport transfers
- Hotel transfers
- Custom transport services
3. Booking
Bookings must be made via the website or official channels.
A booking is confirmed only upon online payment and written confirmation.
4. Prices and Payments
- Prices in Euro (€)
- Online payment required at booking
- Booking valid only upon payment
Additional costs will be communicated where possible.
5. Cancellation and Changes
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service (full refund)
- Between 24 and 12 hours: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours or no-show: no refund
Changes: free up to 12 hours before, subject to availability.
Flight delays are accommodated within reasonable limits at no extra cost.
6. Waiting Time
- Airport: 60 minutes included
- Other services: 15 minutes included
Additional charges may apply beyond these limits.
7. Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information and be on time.
The Provider is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed
the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant Service.
8. Luggage and Conduct
Please notify us in advance if you have special or bulky luggage.
Smoking and damaging the vehicle are prohibited.

9. Service Description
The website provides tourism information and allows online booking of tours and experiences in Sicily.
10. Booking and Payment
Bookings are subject to acceptance.
Confirmation occurs only after online payment via external providers.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service
- After that: no refund
Eligible refunds are processed within 5 working days from cancellation.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Put Back Srl and may not be used without permission.
13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law.

15. Changes
Find Sicily reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
